Suggestions
Soak seeds 6 to 8 hours. Drain and rinse. Pour soaked seeds into sprouter 2 to 3 tablespoon per tray Spread evenly, Sprouts must be rinsed and drained 2 to 3 times per day and kept from light until the 3rd or the 4th day. Expose to indirect sunlight 3 to 5 hours until desired green effect. Refrigerate.
